In dealing with Findlay Honda Henderson I was fortunate enough to deal directly with Nancy Harter the first time I took my vehicle in. From that day on I would not deal with anyone else. Nancy was so energetic and no matter how many times I call her she is always very friendly and very willing to spend as much time as needed to answer all my questions. She explains everything that needs to be done to my vehicle during that visit and what will need to be done in the future. I used to feel uncomfortable about taking my vehicle in for maintenance for fear of being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I don't feel that way anymore, thanks to Nancy. Sevice there is always really good. I take my element in for oil changes and basic maintenance. The express service is quick 20 to 30 min in and out.
