The service department is always responsive to my needs. When I call for an appointment, they get me in quickly and they ensure that my car gets serviced in a timely manner. I brought the vehicle in because all my windows and sun roof were opening on its own. Bottom line they told me I needed a new battery and they couldn’t replicate The windows are coming down at the same tim roof were opening on its own. Bottom line they told me I needed a new battery and they couldn’t replicate The windows are coming down at the same time. Then they proceeded to list about $3100 in maintenance repairs. I declined the repairs. And my windows are still opening on their own. More
