I have taken both of my Honda vehicles to this dealership on several occasions to have maintenance and or repairs done. Each time I turn my vehicles in at the service desk, I ensure that the radio and air co on several occasions to have maintenance and or repairs done. Each time I turn my vehicles in at the service desk, I ensure that the radio and air conditioner are off. The technicians drive from the drop off location at the service desk not more than 35 yards to the service bay. When my vehicle is returned the radio is blasting and the air conditioner turned on to the lowest setting (lo). It baffles me why the air conditioner should be on if maintenance is being performed as the vehicle is sitting in the service and why turn on an air conditioner at its lowest setting to drive 35 yards. Now if my vehicle had been returned and there were issues with my air conditioner, I would assume that Honda would not take responsibility for the malfunction. I have repeatedly brought this issue up with the service adviser, and nothing has changed. When Honda sends out their surveys for the work performed, I also make this complaint but never receive any calls or feedback from the service manager or Honda Corporation itself. It's a shame that this dealership does not value their customers by simply responding to complaints and correcting issues that customers complain about. All they are interested in are the 5 star comments. It's time to take my vehicles to a dealer that serves their customers and not the 5 star ratings. I rated their overall service as a one star but in all honesty, it's not even deserving of that rating. More

This was my third visit for service and each time I've been treated great!! I literally have a Honda dealership which is a two minute drive from my house. Instead of going there ever since I bought my Honda pilot I drive to Finley Honda on azure road which is a 25 minute drive. The drive from my house. I recently switched from another Honda dealership to get my 2018 Honda Accord EX serviced, and I am so happy that I did. I always see Kuilani to get my service taken care of, and she always makes sure that my 2018 Honda Accord EX serviced, and I am so happy that I did. I pulled into Service at my scheduled time and was met about one minute later by a service rep who took me inside to Kuilani my service writer. She was professional and efficient, including finding a sal about one minute later by a service rep who took me inside to Kuilani my service writer. She was professional and efficient, including finding a sales rep to answer a few questions when asked. She called later to advise me that the service was complete and on my arrival, personally retrieved my car. I called her the following day regarding another service and she was on it, including scheduling a service visit for the following week. I have always had great service at Findlay Honda. Kudos to Kuilani. More

Findlay Honda in Centennial continues to exceed our expectations for maintenance on our Ridgeline. Over the years, we have had Findlay Service do some major maintenance and repairs; timing belt and wa expectations for maintenance on our Ridgeline. Over the years, we have had Findlay Service do some major maintenance and repairs; timing belt and water pump replacement, spark plug replacement and valve adjustment, A/C repair, and CV axle and boot replacement. The same mechanic, EricK, has done all the repairs. We have great confidence in his work and it helps that he also drives a Ridgeline! They had to order some parts for the last repair. Eric came in on his day off to finish the work so we could get our vehicle back a few days earlier. Our service advisor, VictorA, has always worked with us to keep the cost as low as possible and to make sure the work gets done at our convenience. We were a little disappointed that a loner vehicle was not available but they did have a good shuttle service. Guess this is another impact from COVID. Great service! More
