Worked with service techs Chris G. and Blaine… I went in for my 2010 air bag recall. Wish I would have known ahead of time that it was going to take over 4 hours. Service techs were both professional and deserve all the kudos for information they gave me, and above all their genuine attitudes and service. Also they were so busy it was hard for them to stay by their phones, therefore I wish they had someone assigned to man the phone calls or some kind of way to give attention to people Calling in. I took the shuttle home since 4 hours is a long time (it took seven/ the dealership was busy), and when I called in after the 4 hours… it was difficult to get ahold of the techs to check on progress of my car. More
