I needed to do most of my process remote he answered all of my questions, responded promptly and was willing to work with what worked best for me. Made sure I had the information I needed and handled the transition with respect and kindness. Gerald was also amazing making time to call me, answer questions I had and listen to my feedback and needs as a buyer. The team was considerate of my position and took that into account when structuring deal terms that felt like a win win. Dealerships and car buying are often dreaded much like the DMV but because of these two gentlemen I would feel good about returning and making referrals. I've visited every Kia in Las Vegas, spoke to all in AZ, UT and CA and none compare. Great experience! More
