I'm not sure who Brandy Richardson is. My vehicle was handled by Carlos Quinones. I dropped my vehicle off for the second time for the same issue on June 10th and nothing was done to it un My vehicle was handled by Carlos Quinones. I dropped my vehicle off for the second time for the same issue on June 10th and nothing was done to it until I asked to speak to a manager on June 15th. Just to find that there was leak in the shocks which the parts not available and my vehicle was not ready until the 25th. There was definitely a lack in communication and initiative in this matter. This is not right. I'd appreciate feed back on what can be done to better this situation in the future. Thank you! More

When I brought my car in for diagnostic, I was told it would be 3/4 days for an update. My car was brought in Tuesday morning.
