As a woman going to a car dealership for a new vehicle is always a nightmare. I had to buy a new car and decided to bite the bullet and go alone. I worked with Jonathan and Jeff and they were both amazing! I always a nightmare. I had to buy a new car and decided to bite the bullet and go alone. I worked with Jonathan and Jeff and they were both amazing! I looked on a Wednesday evening and was contacted on Thursday with pricing. I explained what I could and could not afford and they contacted me back on Friday morning with a deal that worked for me. (By the way I had less than exceptional credit so it wasn't an easy task.) I agreed to the offer and said I'd be down after work that evening. I arrived at the dealership about 445 pm and was greeted by Jonathan explaining the process. Long story short I was in and out through finance with the exact offer we discussed verbally over the phone, no harassing up charges just a very fast and easy process. I highly recommend to anybody to vist this dealership...Customer service is definitely high on their minds. Everybody was so helpful and friendly and worked extra hard to try to get me the bes dealership...Customer service is definitely high on their minds.
