They were friendly, professional, and never made us feel pressured. Alan took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process, and was especially kind and patient with our daughter. It really felt like they cared about us as people, not just as customers. The vehicle-buying process was one of the easiest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Everything was straightforward, efficient, and surprisingly quick, with no unnecessary hassle or games. Alan made sure we understood everything every step of the way and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. After the way we were treated, I honestly don’t think I’d choose another dealership or another salesperson for future vehicle purchases.
