Purchased a used car last year, loved the 2020 Aviator. The salesman, Alan, was OK, but not a wealth of information. A few months later decided to upgrade to a brand new 2022 Aviator Hybrid. Talked to sale The salesman, Alan, was OK, but not a wealth of information. A few months later decided to upgrade to a brand new 2022 Aviator Hybrid. Talked to sales manager to initiate the order. He gave me back to Alan. Paid the deposit and ordered the vehicle. Alan told me it should go into production middle of Dec., mid January hadn’t heard anything and called Alan, He didn’t know anything, said he would check first thing next morning. Waited a week, heard nothing, texted Allen. He called and said the sales manager was out and would be back tomorrow. That was five days ago. I called the GM Don Stamaria this morning and have yet to receive a call back. Maybe it’s time to switch back to Lexus. More

I have been going to Findlay Lincoln for over 20 years. The service from my Service Consultant has been great except that the competency level of repairs has been going down. They can't seem to fix things The service from my Service Consultant has been great except that the competency level of repairs has been going down. They can't seem to fix things and then the Service Manager says it's not their problem and they charge full price for their work. It's just not what it used to be. My recommendation is to look elsewhere for service. Findlay is just interested in money and profits and not customer satisfaction. More

We finally got the car we've been eyeing, but the process of actually leaving with it was horrendous. It should NOT take 4 hours to process a purchase. Bought my 2020 Corsair WITHOUT going into the dealership. I chose this method because of covid 19. My experience couldn't have been better with sales lady Heather.
