The communication was none. The CRC contact is the only person at Lincoln that called through the process and he was shocked at the lack of anything from the service advisor. The actual service people are awesome and do great work which is why I will continue to come to the dealership. More

I was on vacation in Vegas and error codes popped up on my car. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Although I had to leave my car there and they didn't have enough time to 100% determin my car. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called.
