I stopped by the dealership in mid December to show them what needed to be repaired. Said parts would be ordered and they would call me when they were in. A month later no one had called so I called the service rep and left a message after a week I didn't hear back but was receiving service to rate the work although I had not had any work done yet. I called again, got him on the phone and he said he would look into it, and I got more surveys asking how my service was that I had not yet received a replied that I had not gotten in service yet and he replied in all caps the parts would be there Wednesday. Then I received a link to schedule service and there were no open dates on the calendar six months out so I called and asked just to have an appointment scheduled that way. More
