Keith always takes time out to fully explain exactly what my repair problem is . As well as what the cost will be for the repair of my Lincoln . I needed a new battery. Because of Keith Platt. After having a concern regarding the service of my vehicle I was immediately contacted by Service Director John Chiles who requested that I bring the vehicle back to the dealership and he would person vehicle I was immediately contacted by Service Director John Chiles who requested that I bring the vehicle back to the dealership and he would personally make sure all of my concerns would be addressed. I went to the dealership the following day and John had the shop foreman address and resolve all of the concerns I had and even addressed a couple issues that were noticed during the follow up service. Needless to say I am very pleased with the service provided but more importantly with the followup made by the service director. This let me know that I was valued as a customer. More
