The service department at the dealership never returns phone calls. I waited two months for parts needed to get my car serviced and I was the one calling the dealership and asking if the parts are in. Ev phone calls. Every time I talked to someone at service department they said they would call and of course no one ever calls. Poor service is the reason why I will not buy another Lincoln car. More
