Purchased a used car last year, loved the 2020 Aviator. The salesman, Alan, was OK, but not a wealth of information. A few months later decided to upgrade to a brand new 2022 Aviator Hybrid. He gave me back to Alan. Paid the deposit and ordered the vehicle. Alan told me it should go into production middle of Dec., mid January hadn’t heard anything and called Alan, He didn’t know anything, said he would check first thing next morning. Waited a week, heard nothing, texted Allen. He called and said the sales manager was out and would be back tomorrow. That was five days ago. I called the GM Don Stamaria this morning and have yet to receive a call back. Maybe it’s time to switch back to Lexus. More
