One of the things I noted on my work order was to update my radio bc it's blacking out on occasion and not recognizing when my phone is plugged in to use the maps, podcasts, etc. The work order I received b my radio bc it's blacking out on occasion and not recognizing when my phone is plugged in to use the maps, podcasts, etc. The work order I received back, said the radio was updated and they would install a new one at no charge. Yet, when I got my car back, I still had the same radio. It's still doing the same as before More
