My sales experience was awful. I needed time to think and was told rudely "if you think this price is good tomorrow you are wrong" then he walked away without even looking at me. They missed 3 things and was told rudely "if you think this price is good tomorrow you are wrong" then he walked away without even looking at me. They missed 3 things in the 160 point checklist that I had to come back to have fixed; car needed aligned, back window didn't work, hubcap missing. I had them take off front lifts....they charged me to take them off, didn't offer to give the lifts back to me ( I found out later they actually sold them for 300.00!!!!!) I got this resolved but they were not going to tell me about it if I hadn't pursued this. Had them install airbags in rear. They did it incorrectly. They never worked. Took them back, they said they were "fixed" but indeed they were at zero psi the next day. Ended up having to get a refund and take my business elsewhere. I called, left messages, did their online surveys about my frustrations but never got a response until the very end after I was requesting my money back. A truly horrible business with horrible customer service. More

I went into Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff looking to get into a new 4-door Tacoma. I was direceted to Randy and we started looking at new Tacomas, and took one for a test drive. Before the test drive even s into a new 4-door Tacoma. I was direceted to Randy and we started looking at new Tacomas, and took one for a test drive. Before the test drive even started Randy showed and explained all of the functions inside and out of the vehicle. During the test drive he also showed me the the functions of the vehicle while driving. Randy was very knowledgable of the vehicle. After the test drive was complete we got down to business and the portion of buying a new vehicle I dreed! Long story short Randy worked harder than any other salesman I have ever worked with. Randy made it a very pleasant experience, and got the deal where it needed to be for me to drive away in a brand new Tacoma! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and I will recomend to all of my friends and family if they are looking for a great deal in friendly no presure dealership to go see Randy! More

I have and older (2003) MDX that runs and looks great, because of the great and continual use of the Service Department at Findlay Flagstaff...Just had the brakes done ...it was less costly than using Mie because of the great and continual use of the Service Department at Findlay Flagstaff...Just had the brakes done ...it was less costly than using Mienike or Brake Masters... They get me and the car in and out in record time and are always nice, very nice. Waiting room is always clean and has coffee and goodies available... Everyone is great ,,,nice,,, best car experience I've had in Flag and I've lived here over 70 years... More
