Saphira was amazing as our Internet Sales rep. We wanted a Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade in Cement. Was a seamless process for deposit and then it came in early! Toyota did a great job on und We wanted a Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade in Cement. Was a seamless process for deposit and then it came in early! Toyota did a great job on under promising and over delivering. We came from 4 hrs away and car was ready for us to test drive, it was perfect, took care of financing, and was heading back home with our vehicle after 90 minutes. 10/10 recommend. Saphira also provided an excellent lunch spot recommendation (Jitters Lunchbox - get their chicken salad!). If we were closer this would be an amazing dealership to get my car serviced at as well. More
