I Was looking for used vehicles in Phoenix in 2019 when I was first suckered into buying a New Tacoma at Right Toyota. Since then I have been a customer at Findlay Toyota. I have been getting my maintenance was first suckered into buying a New Tacoma at Right Toyota. Since then I have been a customer at Findlay Toyota. I have been getting my maintenance done at Findlay and just recently traded into a new Tacoma. First off, I am always happy with my experience with the service and maintenance at Findlay. I work almost everyday and they always have been able to accommodate me and my scattered schedule. Joe “Jotini” Gray worked extremely hard to get me into the Tacoma I wanted. I never felt pressured and Joe was always looking out for my best interest. Even being very busy from sun up to sun down I felt as if I was his only customer of the day and he treated me as such. He is a man of character and authenticity and I appreciate everything he did to get me into a truck! Everybody at Findlay Toyota made the experience very enjoyable.
