My salesman was really easy to work with and is a great guy. He made the process work well. The time frame from start to finish to purchase a 4 runner took 4 hours, but 2 hours would have been better. Eve guy. He made the process work well. Steven was great to work with! I made my purchase from out of state and Steven made the buying experience easy. I hired an outside company to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI I made my purchase from out of state and Steven made the buying experience easy. I hired an outside company to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) and Steven made arrangements to make the vehicle available. When the PPI report showed that an item needed to be corrected, Steven ensured that the work was done. Steven was in constant contact during the entire buying experience, he arranged shipping, and has contacted me after the vehicle arrived. Steven has been a great person to deal with and made my buying experience very easy. Thanks Steven!! More
