Findlay Toyota dealership showroom and the people working there are cheerful, welcoming, and happy to answer any and all questions. We chose two cars, both of them red and subsequently, it took more than a few weeks for them to arrive. Alan called us almost every day to report where our cars were and the arrival dates for each one. He made the waiting enjoyable. They were transported on a railroad train, so we knew where they were, they were safe, and when they would arrive. Alan patiently taught us everything we needed to know about our new Highlander and Rav 4. After receiving the new cars, we went back several times with questions, sometimes the same question, and Alan patiently answered each one until we became comfortable enough to be on our own. We are now enjoying our new cars and would recommend the Findlay dealership to anyone. Alan Hoover will stand out in our minds for a long time when we think about our car shopping experience. Johnny Miramon, the Finance Manager, walked us through all we needed to know about paying for our Highlander and Rav 4. If there was something we did not understand, he went over the explanation until it was crystal clear. They are both such nice people. More

Mr. Hixon, I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 25 years because of the reliability of the vehicles and the service provided until now. In March of 2024 I moved from Phoenix to Dewey Arizona and ha 25 years because of the reliability of the vehicles and the service provided until now. In March of 2024 I moved from Phoenix to Dewey Arizona and had a 2018 Rav 4 that I loved but because of where I moved being on a dirt road my Rav would get stuck so I visited Findlay Toyota and traded my vehicle in on a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 which I love. I was only provided 1 key and my sales person said they would provide another key and key fob which never happened. On May 19, 2025 I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to diagnose why my AC was blowing hot air. My service advisor was David Rodarte and my technician was R. Broadbent and I advised him it was my only vehicle and I had no other option but to wait at the dealership and was provided no other options. After 6.5 hours later I was told I my compressor and clutch was bad and it wasn't under warranty and they would have to order it from California and the cost would be $1,700 which I paid. I brought my vehicle back on May 25th, 2025 and after waiting another 7.5 hours at the dealership my compressor and clutch were replaced and I was told everything was working correctly. I also asked about the extra key and key fob that I was promised when I bought the vehicle and was willing to pay for it at this point even though I was lied to by the sales person. I was provided the extra key at no charge but was told they couldn't provide the key fob because it wouldn't program and I would have to go elsewhere. As soon as I starting driving on the road my AC was blowing hot again. On June 4th, 2025 I brought my vehicle back for the same issue and 4 hours later I checked in with David (since there was no communication from him) and was told they evacuated the system twice and are still having the same issue and are having trouble finding a diagram for my vehicle that your dealership sold to me a year ago and it might be another bad compressor and to wait another hour. After an hour I saw my vehicle sitting in the outside of the service department and went to David again for an update and was told now its a condenser problem. I asked how much now for that and David responded I don't know and will get back with you tonight. I still have not heard from him and don't expect to. I have spent 20 hours sitting in your dealership and 4 days off of work only to not be communicated with and my problem unresolved. I don't know what else to do here and don't think customers should be treated this way. Thank you for your time reading this and I hope we can come to a resolution soon. (This manager didn't want to deal with the problem and pushed me off to another manager) More
