Alan Hoover was both helpful and showed a great deal of patience with Karen and I. Over a two-week period, Alan showed us and took us out to test drive a number of Highlanders, settling of a Highlander P patience with Karen and I. Over a two-week period, Alan showed us and took us out to test drive a number of Highlanders, settling of a Highlander Platinum. Alan explained the procedures in securing a new Highlander being manufactured in the color we liked telling us that if we didn't care for what came in, we could either wait for another one or get our money back. It took less than three weeks for the car to come in, and it was just what we were looking for. Alan was very helpful with getting thru all the paperwork and even added locking lug nuts and door edge and handle protectors at no cost. Over the next 2-3 weeks he would contact us several times to see if we had questions. We were glad he did and even came in a couple times with questions which he answered himself or got us with someone who could. We are really enjoying our new car and appreciate all the help Alan provided. We never felt rushed or pushed into something we might regret later.
