Awesome Sales & Finance Department I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Findlay Prescott Toyota. Marco Palacios, my sales person, knew his stuff and I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Findlay Prescott Toyota. Marco Palacios, my sales person, knew his stuff and was courteous and full of information about my new car. We took a test drive he showed me how the lane sensors and the blind spot sensors worked which are great features. When we came back to the dealership he walked me through the rest of the paperwork quickly and then Mark Johnson in finance guided me through the rest of the steps to purchase the Sienna. Mark explained clearly what my options were and completed my purchase in a short period of time. Marco then took me back to my car and showed me more of the features of the car and set up my blue tooth connection with my Iphone and walked me through the rest of the audio settings as well as the navigation features. I would recommend Findlay Prescott Toyota to anyone buying a car. More

I conveyed to him what I was looking for; Marco took me to the back lot where he showed me the Tundras that had just arrived. Great first time car-buying experience. I purchased my very first car at Findlay Toyota and just wanted to let everyone know what an amazing experience I had with everyone there. I went on the last day of the month in April, just to look at a used Toyota Corolla I had seen online. I was paired up with Humberto (Berto) Aranda, and he immediately went to work to help me find my dream car. He was very kind and easy-going. After a few test drives, I ended up going with a 2018 Corolla instead of a used one. I must admit that my brothers' and I drove a hard bargain, but Berto, Kyle, Jamaal, and Gary did everything possible to satisfy my very specific requirements. John Ward was also very helpful when it came to answering all of the many questions I had regarding my financing for this car. As a first time buyer, my nerves were at ease in such a friendly and professional atmosphere. Overall, I am so happy that I kept my money local, and with such a great dealership.
