He took time to check in with us as we continued to visit and think over a few weeks. He did not push us and we loved this for it did not feel like a typical car sales experience. We felt pressure free and that is huge. We also felt we received and excellent deal with the many price comparisons we did all over AZ. I was trading in my 2016 Lexus for a truck, after moving to the northern AZ 'wilderness'. My concerns were vanquished the moment Marco introduced himself to me. Marco spent a great deal of time going over the many things that make each truck unique and asked all the right questions to ensure I got the truck that would best serve me. I drove some great trucks that day, and appreciated the time Marco took explaining the various features. Those trucks came with a WIDE variety of price tags, but I didn't feel one ounce of pressure to purchase any specific one. (The beauty of Findlay's sales people not working on commissions!) In the end, I got a beautiful new Tacoma and love it more every time I drive it. The service does not stop there, however. Marco took me around to introduce me to his boss, to the service guys, everyone! I spent some time with Pauly learning about the different warranty programs available to me (again, no pressure at all), and left the dealership feeling extremely confident in my choice of dealership and vehicle. The after-sale experience is as easy and pleasant as the shopping experience was. Miranda from Findlay set me up for my truck to get the ECP coat and was able to do so in a way that worked with my busy schedule. All around great experience! More

Not pressured to buy and very informative I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and purchase a new car. He never pressured me to make a decision but spent time with me looking at cars and educating me as to different features to help me decide what was right for me. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the different models I looked at. I am very pleased with my selection and love my new car.
