From the start, difficult to set up a simple appt. , every operator was redirecting me to someone else, jad to call 3 times to confirm my appt., once at the dealer I got asked several times in an aggre , every operator was redirecting me to someone else, jad to call 3 times to confirm my appt., once at the dealer I got asked several times in an aggressive way if I wanted to sell/trade-in my car, then got presented with a long list of services (my relatively new) car needed while I came for a simple recall service, not to fix other things. I made an appointment, bur that was irrelevant. It's 1st come, 1st served. The service writers are worthless. Their job seems to be deflect & ignore.
