I had been trying to schedule my regular service all week, but due to the dealership's phone and internet problem I was unable to do so. It is very hard to find a auto service department that starts well let alone to finish well. However, Maverick, at Toyota Findlay will be the person I ask for when I get my vehicles serviced. From the beginning of my service appointment Maverick was friendly and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed through the entire process. I did not have to wonder what was happening with my vehicle.
