I recently visited Findley Toyota for service and was disappointed with the decline in customer service and excessive charges. Every item on my bill seemed to be overpriced. Had an issue after a routine oil change. Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine, reimbursed our cost for original service, & provided cleanup in the garage for oil spill.
