We just want to say a big thank you for the amazing job that was done on our Eurovan which broke down in Monument Valley. They very well understood our needs and did an excellent job to get us back on the road in a record time. We are on a 1-year road trip through the US and Canada with our imported TDI Eurovan, in which we live during this trip. Without that awesome service from this team, our journey would have come to an abrupt end and sent us right back to Switzerland. Thank you very much once more!! However, a few months ago we were sort of considering trading for a Passat TDI, of which none were in stock in the color we wanted. The salesman finally said he found one that was being shipped to a dealer in Washington state. Now get this! He said the car was on a ship in the Pacific heading for Washington and if we bought it that day, he could have the ship diverted to Los Angeles to drop the car off there and there would be no extra shipping charge! But if we waited a day or two, the car would have to come from the Washington dealer and it would be up to $1,000 extra for shipping! Please tell me, what in the world is a car built in Chattanoga Tennesse doing on a boat in the Pacific Ocean?? And, does anyone really believe that a ship would change course to Los Angeles to drop off one car??!! When I questioned the salesman, it seemed that his English suddenly became completely unable for me to understand. And, this one day-act now deal was somehow extended for 4 or 5 days more. Needless to say, we were totally turned off by this wild story. If you deal on a car at Findlay VW, be sure to talk to a salesman named Peter, not this guy! More

Just bought a brand new car and on the 3rd day got an engine warning light! These guys were all over it. The service manager, after everybody was gone for the day at 6 o'clock on a friday put the car on diagnostics just to see if there was a simple reset. Rob in sales has and continues to be a constant resource on how use the navigation and all the other fun stuff on the car. It was a drag to have the car go down but it turned out to be a simple fix and this dealership went above and beyond to make it right. Love the car. Thanks to all, Matt Schumacher More

I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday and on Friday I was told that it would not be ready until the following week. This after being told on Thursday that it would be ready on Friday. They made no attempt to admit any fault, reduce the cost or get me a loaner vehicle. Worst customer service experience of my life. More

Normally, I try to buy private party, I always seem to get a better deal that way! I first walked into Findlay Volkswagen to get some infromation on the Volkswagen TDI. I got much, much, more from them. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Robert, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process, he was very low pressure and very nice. I ended up purchasing a TDI Golf, I had no idea how green and efficiant the Volkswagen Deisel is! I'm getting 50MPG and not polluting the skies! I am very pleased with my TDI, Volkswagen, the sales staff, and Findlay as a car dealership. More
