I had so many problems with the autonation dealership that I ended up taking back my car and just bringing it to the Findlay location. I had a rattling coming from around my rearview mirror area after getting my windshield repaired a few weeks prior. I worked with Bob and he was AMAZING! Very communicative and you could tell that he wanted to help you. Not like he can’t wait an hour to leave work but he genuinely enjoyed helping me fix my car issues. If anything else ever happens to my car I am immediately calling up Bob, best customer service I’ve actually ever had at a dealership! He explained everything so well and didn’t make me feel incompetent when I didn’t understand something (like most car places do), seriously thank you Bob!!! More

A big shout out to Jeff Young and John Robinson of the service department at VW of Henderson. They took great care of my Jetta and me. Its always hard when your car is having trouble. They will take the time to answer your questions and explain it all. This is the best advice I can give to anyone who reads this review. You’re in good hands. A special shout out to Robert Norris. The person who is on the front lines dealing with the customers is one of the hardest responsibilities. He does his job with tact, respect, and class. He is an asset to your organization. I just traded my car to buy 2 Volkswagen Tiguans. One for me and one for my daughter, and I can't speak more highly of this dealership and Christian who helped me in the whole process. Chris was caring about me and one for my daughter, and I can't speak more highly of this dealership and Christian who helped me in the whole process. Chris was caring about my needs and budget and together we honed in on the perfect cars and did such a great job in communicating from start to finish. He was the opposite of pushy, he asked the right questions and truly just helped show me all the vehicles aspects and I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. As I was on my own and bought 2 vehicles, he even helped drive one back to my house for me so I didn't have to go back the next day to collect the 2nd vehicle. A BIG THANK YOU to Findlay Volkswagen Henderson, all the team made this a great car buying experience. We LOVE our new cars and look forward to driving them and showing them off. They're stunning and exactly what we were looking for. Monica also did a great job in the finance phase and outlining the protection plans and she got me out the door super fast. WOW. After a terrible experience at a local Chevy WOW. After a terrible experience at a local Chevy dealership last month, my husband and I really started to look outside of the box. My biggest de WOW. After a terrible experience at a local Chevy dealership last month, my husband and I really started to look outside of the box. My biggest desire was a 3rd row, without giving up good gas mileage, we found that when we started looking into the Tiguan. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Clete, who was wonderful and patient with all of my questions. He then got me in touch with our salesman, Ryan Kayser! This guy right here, a rock star! He was so helpful, positive, and made the entire process really incredible. We had mobile communication all day, until I was able to get to the dealership. Once I was there, he was immediately doing everything possible to get us what we wanted for the amount we wanted. He went to bat for us! I also appreciated his wholesome chatter about his children and father, it really warmed my heart, while also calming my nerves. He was an absolute gift to us. Then came Johnny, the finance king! What a wonderful human being. He also went to bat for us, and got us into our car at a payment that far exceeded our expectations. Im so incredibly thankful for the people of Findlay VW for putting the excitement back into car buying for my husband and I. We are so excited to now part apart of the VW community! We plan on telling all of our friends and family to look into Findlay VW. More
There service people dont know what there doing.i had my car talen to them so they could do a diagnosis test.they told me that i need a new tranmission.and a bunch of other crap.so basically 10 grand in wor car talen to them so they could do a diagnosis test.they told me that i need a new tranmission.and a bunch of other crap.so basically 10 grand in work.... Well come to find out my car was low on tranmission fluid.....and guess what my car runs and didnt need a new tranmission. Thanks volkswagen you truly like to try and rip people off. More

Based on prior experiences when buying a car, I was apprehensive about starting this purchase. I quickly realized this time it was not gonna be painful. Ryan is a friendly professional, no bull crap whatsoever. The entire time was positive experience with Ryan, and the other employees we interacted with. When first attempting to charge the car at Electrify America, I ran into a problem, so I texted Ryan about it. His quick response provided a much appreciated solution, since I was dying in the 100 F heat. Thank you for everything, Ryan. More
