No hesitation at all Steve (Sales Manager) told us to come on in. Not only that he briefed Jacob Contreras what we were interested in buying. As soon as we arrived they had the Highlander detailed and ready for a test drive. Jacob was fricken awesome! Super knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered ever question we had, as well as informing us on all the perks with buying from Kasper. The lifetime warranty that Kasper offers was a big selling point. All the staff stayed 2 1/2 hours late to ensure we were happy and confident in our purchase!
