rip off artists Car was brought in for service and was told that the frame was so rusted it shouldn't be driven at all. They could fix it and it would cost between $1,000.00 to $1,500.00. Thank goodness we were smart enough to take it somewhere to have it checked out, nothing more than regular rust. If it had been that bad you shouldn't have sold it to us 18 months ago as it wouldn't have gotten that bad in 18 months. Shame on you. Just because a woman comes in don't assume she is gullable or dumb! You can bet I will tell everyone I know not to trust Kasper Toyota. More

MY HUSBAND WANTED A 6 CYCLINDER, SO WE DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ONE. WE HAD TWO PREVIOUS TOYTOA'S. SINCE YOU HAD CALLED ME, WE DECIDED TO DRIVE TO SANDUSKY TO SEE IF WE COULD TRADE CARS. I MIGHT SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET BACK WHAT I HAD JUST PAID FOR THE ESCAPE WHEN IT HAD JUST OVER 1000 MILES ON IT.
