Genuinely nice and friendly. I greeted twice in the parking lot and several times as I entered the dealership by Kasper employees that were sincerely kind and friendly. The negotiations process was straight forward and effortless. I emailed the Internet manager, as my time permitted, over several days, and had a mutually agreed upon number prior to setting foot on the premises. Much to my surprise, my sales person was able to get me a lower monthly payment by finding other rebates and incentives. She worked very hard to get me the best price/payment possible. More

Alicia is great! I cant say enough about how great she helped me! Id b a basketcase if it were not for her. Shes spent hours finding a car for me and then showing me the features. She sold my 2018 Prius at Crown Toyota in Decatur IL. When i struck a deer Christmas Eve and totaled my 2018 Prius. i gave her a call (knowing she now lives in Ohio). She was great She is honest, personable and will spend as much time as needed to go thru the features of my new 2020 Prius just as she did when i bought my 2018! She drove 6 hrs just to be in Decatur to deliver it to me. Like i said she is the greatest! What i have stated is the honest truth! More
