Purchased new Ram 1500 with no pressure or gimmicks Buying a new vehicle has a mix of emotions. On the one hand you are buying your toy tricked out with all your personal selections. On the other hand Buying a new vehicle has a mix of emotions. On the one hand you are buying your toy tricked out with all your personal selections. On the other hand you have to use a salesman at a car dealership to accomplish this task. And, lets be frank, dealerships generally dont have the greatest reputations. Not the case with Firkins. I was treated with honesty, dignity and no pressure or gimmicks. Mark Gray was probably the best car salesman I have dealt with. He was knowledgable and worked to get thebprice where I needed it. Several other dealerships didnt take that route and none of them sold me a new Limited Ram 1500 either. I shopped around to about 10 dealership (all online and through texts). Was choosing between a GMC Sierra and the Ram 1500. Firkins and Mark Gray helped make the decision just a little easier. Thanks. More

This service call was so your team could retrieve part numbers for door trim and a new touch screen that has de-laminated. Everything was smooth that morning until I walked out to retrieve my car. When I opened the car door a very powerful smell of body order hit me. It was bad. I sat down in the drivers seat and opened the windows. I then notice that the air condition was on and recycling cabin air mode. And for some reason, my seat had been adjusted. Why I am not sure. Please understand that this is not a complaint on Firkins, but rather a disrespectful person. To have the air conditioning running on a morning that was in the low 70's with the windows up and to adjust the seat when they only moved it on the lot is very rude. Not to mention it took two days for the smell to dissipate. I am looking forward to coming to your dealership in the future. Again Joe M. is very professional and knowledgeable. I only wish other people were more courteous. More
