A day at Firkins The staff is very friendly! The waiting room is nice and quiet with plenty of water, coffee & snacks! I will say the wait is a tad bit longer than I w The staff is very friendly! Typical . Customer service is hard to find anymore New truck purchased May 2019 . Took truck in for 2nd alignment attempt . Had you update my sales code /cargo lights as well ( I installed the OEM kit New truck purchased May 2019 . Took truck in for 2nd alignment attempt . Had you update my sales code /cargo lights as well ( I installed the OEM kit that was purchased from your parts dept ) . You took 2hrs for the alignment and 5 min to update the sales code ....Then charged me $99 for the sales code update . The alignment was warranty . Somehow I feel I paid for the alignment . Last month I took the same truck in at 150 miles for for some marker light condensation and the same alignment issues . I was told the truck needed to be broken in and was too new to do an alignment . . At 2000 miles this month the same alignment problems exist which warranted this service visit . Alignment seems ok now however steering wheel is now crooked which Im sure will require a 3rd visit ....... More

Shocks Wanted all 4 shocks replaced but only 3 arrived at dealer so now have to go back when other 2 come in.
