I’ve mostly worked with service rep named joe, although I didn’t catch his last name, bald headed guy, absolutely the best customer service I’ve received anywhere. He’s attentive, and doesn’t waste any time. Always gets me an appointment whenever it’s convenient for me and not only when it works for them. I have nothing but great things to say about joe and the rest of the service center at firkins. When I get my next vehicle, it will be from firkins because their service center is the best I’ve ever been to. More
