Brad was excellent in communicating with me via email, text, and phone. Never felt pressured. On day I purchased Jeep Brad did everything he could to get me in and out of finance as quickly as possible. Lounge was always stocked with cold water and snacks and several other Firkins employees were very friendly towards my wife and I. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brad and Firkins for your next vehicle purchase. More

What a Mess of a Dealership We went in to Firkins in June to begin pricing options for our end of lease. We presented our budget and specifically asked if our overage mileage wo We went in to Firkins in June to begin pricing options for our end of lease. We presented our budget and specifically asked if our overage mileage would be charged to us if we created a new lease with them. We were assured we wouldn’t be charged a dime. They presented us with lease options that were 2x our budget. We walked out, but the very next day I was contacted by a manager saying that now they could come down in price —- magic ! Still over our budget. In all, it took a month to get a rate locked in that worked with our budget — mind you, we were talking about the same car the entire time, no idea how the numbers magically changed week to week to finally be able to accommodate us. We had also spoken to no fewer than 5 people by this point. Made an appointment to sign, naturally nothing was ready so we had to wait around 1+ hours for paperwork. The next day, received a call from a manager “oh, btw Jeep will be sending you a bill for your overage mileage.” Mentioned that we were already told we wouldn’t be charged, showed backup text messages with another manager indicating we would not be charged, still wouldn’t honor the deal. We ended up returning the lease and picking up our old car because they were insisting that I was somehow wrong and that I made it up, even though this was clearly just poor communication due to the number of sales reps and managers involved in this stupid deal. Unreal, have never experienced this level of ineptitude when buying or leasing a vehicle. Customer is always wrong at this dealership apparently. More
