As always, Joe Murray arranged an appointment quickly and at the best time for me. The bad news was that my warranty had expired and the repair costs were all out-of-pocket. The good news was that Joe resolved my immediate issue and explained my upcoming maintenance needs and options. I was on my way in short order, confident that my van was fixed and that a plan was in place for necessary future maintenance. I was also offered information about an optional warranty plan replacement. Firkins has an excellent service department and a comfortable waiting room with tv and refreshments. Best of all, they have a top-flight service advisor in Joe Murray. More

Chevy Colorado’s I found the Chevy Colorado I purchased online. We settled on a price and I started the two hour drive to the dealership. Halfway up I received an emai I found the Chevy Colorado I purchased online. We settled on a price and I started the two hour drive to the dealership. Halfway up I received an email the truck had sold. I called and spoke to the manager and was obviously upset because we had a contract. The manager than called me back to explain the “mistake”. I arrived at the dealership. I test drove the truck and told the salesman about the stutter in the truck when the gears shifted. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. After a three hour process and a price higher than the contract, I finally drove two hours home. Upon returning to my town I took my truck to a Chevy dealership and was told it need a transmission flush. I was not happy with the service and questionable dealings with your dealership More

I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Grand Cherokee and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the process was. Damien was also great with financing and willingness to help me in the future with increasing my credit score etc. Chris Richardson was also very easy to reach and quick to respond to questions and concerns I had after the purchase.
