I purchased my 2019 Dodge Ram in 2018 and have been bringing it in for my scheduled services ever since. I book my appointments about a week in advance and schedule in a complete detail each time. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! It can be daunting as a woman who does not know a lot about cars to enter a dealership on her own but James made it incredibly easy and the ever had! It can be daunting as a woman who does not know a lot about cars to enter a dealership on her own but James made it incredibly easy and the entire transaction took less than two hours! James was super knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and I never once felt like I was going to have buyers remorse. He made the experience extremely pleasurable and straightforward. I bought a Cherokee and they honored the warranty with a new engine and transmission. I brought it in Friday noon. I did not want to pay that much for the service needed!
