Service is somewhat to desire. Brought my 2024 Grand Cherokee L in due to the blue screen of death with the rear view camera. 1st time I got your camera needs to be replaced. A week later after another day wasted at the dealership to find out it wasn’t the camera, and they are going to replace the infotainment center. Week and a half later and another 1/2 wasted at the dealership infotainment center did not fix it. They are now going to open a star cases week and a half later I’ve heard nothing from the dealership I called Stellantis corporate to get information only to be passed around and finally transferred to dealership where I got no information other than I sent the star tech notes. I emailed Stellantis corporate to get my case escalated. Then I find out that the star technicians can’t do anything without the dealership having my car to which nobody from the dealership or Stellantis corporation told me I need to bring my car in. I told Galantis corporation that when I bring the car in, it needs to stay there until it’s fixed and I expect a loaner car to be available to me as long as it takes to repair the vehicle. If the vehicle is not repaired in a reasonable amount of time, I would like to start the lemon law and Jeep to buy back my defective vehicle. Oh, I forgot to mention the dealership did contact me, but not about my car they wanted to know why I left a bad review from my last service appointment. Partly for the reason of the bad review was the fact they were supposed to have a loaner car available for me the third time when I dropped it off only for them to tell me they had no loaner cars available. Even though this appointment was set up a week and a half before I showed up. I’ve bought six cars from this dealership and I can tell you there will not be a seventh due to the fact that I’ve been kept in the dark xxxxx dad for leaving a bad review and still driving a jeep with no backup camera. More
