Dishonest practices. The condition of their Certified Used vehicle is appalling. Rust was literally eating through body panel. They post all the pictures online that hide the damages on the vehicles just Used vehicle is appalling. Rust was literally eating through body panel. They post all the pictures online that hide the damages on the vehicles just to get you in the door. Then they give you the excuse that it just arrived and they haven't had time to repair or fix any of the damages, but when you ask them when they will actually fix the damages, their true intentions come out. They did not want to repair 2 rims that were scratched, 3 door dents, and 3 locations where the truck was rusting. Its not like I wasted their time either, I let them run a credit check on me to show them I have the credit to finance this truck. I spent over 4 hours there and was ready to pay their original asking price of $36,450 as long as they agreed to fix the obvious issues on the truck they "just received and had no time to fix". They ended up having us stand and wait (after 4 hours of being there) for their manager Dennis Freeman, to get back to us on whether or not they'd repair the damages. 45 MINUTES LATER of us standing literally watching the sales manager Dennis, and not getting an answer or even an update, we got the clear message they didnt want to do business with us. After 4 hours that included a test drive and credit checks and talks, they leave us in limbo with no update for 45 minutes. The salesman Damien Medeiros, could've at least told us to take a seat in the waiting area. I had to ask him for an update. Finally we had enough and just walked out. Never again. The most unprofessional dealership I have been to. I took pictures of how bad the damages on this so called "Certified used" truck was which they were trying there hardest to sell as is. I’ve posted pictures to show I am not exaggerating the gravity of the damage on this “Certified” vehicle. More
