Jeff was very accommodating in explaining everything that I needed to know about all the new features. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was that it was supposed to be appointment only so I thought I I needed to know about all the new features. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was that it was supposed to be appointment only so I thought I would be the only one there. And yet it was crowded with at least 7 other couples. I had to wait around for 3 hours before I finalized my purchase. With that length of time and that many people crowded around a show room AND other sales personale walking around wearing their masks under their noses, I did not feel safe. More

The service department is the worst. it took three appointments and one full week for them to fix a back up cam. keep in mind I just brought the jeep. the story is long but know they do not care abo appointments and one full week for them to fix a back up cam. keep in mind I just brought the jeep. the story is long but know they do not care about customers. The service manager is the worst and to boot the owner "Joe" refused to speak to me on several occasions. stay away. Update. 1.10.2021 Made an appointment for a level one service. They promised 1 1/2 - 2 hours tops. 1:45 minutes into the appointment they took the car in. They said .....so sorry....we are busy. I said I made my appointment over a month ago and you knew I was waiting. The response was that I could leave and come back but there is nothing that they could do. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. More

This is my THIRD Jeep with this general manager and I wouldn’t recommend yo Jeep RAM in North Attleboro. The dealership itself is impeccable. This is my THIRD Jeep with this general manager and I wouldn’t recommend you buy from anyone else, Dennis Freeman is the absolute best! I wouldn’t waste my time at any other dealership and I wouldn’t want you to either. If you want a hassle free experience, come to First in Attleboro and ask for Damien or Dennis. You WON’T be disappointed! I have been to other dealerships with my family and friends and we have spent countless hours through frustrating, exhausting experiences.
