Lost a customer Went in today for the first time since the new building opened to have the oil changed on my 300. Planned on looking into trading in my 2013 Ram 1500 Went in today for the first time since the new building opened to have the oil changed on my 300. Planned on looking into trading in my 2013 Ram 1500 for a 2018 while I was there. I was told that because I went to another dealer for the last 2 oil changes that I was no longer in the program for free oil changes. The reason for going to the other dealer was that during the construction at First it was much easier me to use their express-lane than having to make an appointment and leave the car. When I went in today I had to deal with a young man in service that talked to me like I was some little kid and couldn't even give me a straight answer as to what it would cost for an oil change that should have been no cost. In the end I had enough of dealing with him and walked out the door. What I thought was one of the best Chrysler dealers is now one that I will never do business with or recommend to others again. Went to another Chrysler dealer, service done in less than an hour, and much less that what I was told at First Chrysler it MIGHT cost. More

Really Enjoyed Dealing With Diane I stopped into First Jeep on Saturday to test drive a 2018 Compass (which I was pleasantly surprised with). But an even more positive experience than I stopped into First Jeep on Saturday to test drive a 2018 Compass (which I was pleasantly surprised with). But an even more positive experience than driving the Compass was dealing with the sales associate, Diane Carter. Diane was friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. The entire time I was there I was not rushed or pressured at all. Last Saturday was a particularly cold day (single digits, at best) but, despite the brutally cold conditions, Diane was happy to show me as many vehicles on the lot as I wanted to see - and doing so with a smile. I sincerely felt that Diane worked to get me the best deal possible. She even called to follow-up to see what additional questions or needs I might have. I would highly recommend visiting First and especially recommend working with Diane. More
