Service was quick, however their answering and transferring system needs much work. Automated never worked past several days using it. HYUNDAI dealership using same system. I had my jeep serviced somewhere else for thr CEL & the issue wasn't corrected. I brought it to First Chrysler Jeep and they were super nice & I had my jeep back to ne thr nxt day with no issues! Pleased my Grand Cherokee could be repaired within one day of request. Not happy that perks I was given when purchasing this vehicle no longer apply...free car washes, First maintenance package prices end day of request. Not happy that perks I was given when purchasing this vehicle no longer apply...free car washes, First maintenance package prices end May 30, and state inspection no longer included in my First packages.
