I purchased my 2019 Dodge Ram in 2018 and have been bringing it in for my scheduled services ever since. I book my appointments about a week in advance and schedule in a complete detail each time. It bringing it in for my scheduled services ever since. I book my appointments about a week in advance and schedule in a complete detail each time. It can be a little difficult for them to get everything done in one day; however they have always managed. I have had all positive experiences with First Chrysler Dodge and there have been too many to count! I would highly recommend their sales, service and detail departments! :) More

Never again!!! Was there 3.5 hrs for a 30 to 45 min appt only to have to bring the vehicle back multiple times due to it first wouldnt start in the lot and then stalled at the lights leaving. Scott and Mic only to have to bring the vehicle back multiple times due to it first wouldnt start in the lot and then stalled at the lights leaving. Scott and Michael were beyond rude speaking to me trying to resolve the issue and had zero respect for the customer. I will happily drive the extra 20 min to the next dealership versus putting my families safety and lives under this service team. More

What I thought was poor communication was only a phone system that had went down. When reengaged with Service Manager Scott- the team at First Chrysler exceeded all expectations- not only solving the conc system that had went down. Bought my Jeep Cherokee in 2016, called to schedule an oil change today. Was told by the woman I spoke to that they couldn’t do my oil change till January 8 2021. This is the third time this has happened oil change today. Was told by the woman I spoke to that they couldn’t do my oil change till January 8 2021. This is the third time this has happened with this service department. I can only have service done on Saturday’s as I work in New Bedford. I think 33 days to get my oil changed is ridiculous, it takes less than 1 hour to do this service. On top of the long wait for an appointment, she rudely hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to the dealership general manager, was told by operator I was being put through to his extension. I got his voicemail, left my name and number. He never called me back, I have worked in retail my whole life, if I treated my customers this way I wouldn’t have any customers. For a dealership that supposedly put customers first, this was a big fail on their part. I was thinking of getting another grand Cherokee next year and trading in this one. As a result of what happened today, I will be looking for a different dealership. I also will be looking to cancel my service plan with First Jeep, as I can’t seem to get an appointment in a timely fashion. I also have an older Jeep Liberty that I have taken to their service department. I have been to the dealership 3 or 4 times and they still haven’t fixed what’s wrong with that car. I would not recommend getting any service done at this dealership. More

Great staff, especially Cashier.Techs unable 2 fix Great staff, especially Cashier. Techs unable 2 fix problem I reported until it became serious 2 weeks later. Kept vehicle overnight without notifyin Great staff, especially Cashier. Techs unable 2 fix problem I reported until it became serious 2 weeks later. Kept vehicle overnight without notifying me. Then recommended new brakes in addition 2 fixing speed sensor but opted out of brakes & asked 4 recommendation in writing twice but never got. Vehicle had less than 20k miles so very disappointed nothing was covered by warranty. More
