I came in to look at a Veloster. Derek helped me out with a test drive. He was very cool, calm and professional. Loved the car, wasn't sure about the color. Greg sized me up perfectly and gave me a good-natured back-and-forth negotiation that resulted in an offer I couldn't refuse - for the right reasons. I genuinely appreciated the way he worked with me, and he's the only auto sales manager I've met who can get away with being so good at what he does without coming off like a jerk! I left feeling good about the deal, and the color is quickly growing on me. I can only hope that the service experience is as good as the sales experience. I'll be sending business to Derek and Greg, for sure. More

Everything about my experience at First Hyundai was terrific. I purchased a 2011 Sonata in March and I loved the car. brought it in for its first oil change and reported that it was making a noise. terrific. I was provided with a loaner while they tried to fix the noise. however, after several weeks with the car and consulting with the Hyundai engineers, they were unable to determine what was causing the noise. The dealership refused to give the car back to me without correcting the noise. it was at this point that I realized that First Hundai truly puts their customers first. Rather than try to patch the noise, they decided to give me a brand new car. They wanted me to be happy with my Sonata. This was above and beyond what any dealer has done for me in the many, many years I have been driving. Ghulam, my sales consultant, was great. He spent time with me explaining the new features of the new car -- they actually gave me a 2012! He was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles in the car. Gregg, the general manager, spent time reviewing my original purchase and made sure that my newer car payments were in line with my original purchase. He did not disappoint. I was extremely happy with the way this issue was resolved. This was just unbelievable that they would even consider giving me a new car. I am still amazed. Joe Ruggiero, the owner, truly stands behind his products and bends over backwards to make sure the customer's needs are met. This is my first Hyundai and I will definitely purchase another one. I love the car. And with the great customer service at First Hyundai, I will definitely go back for my next car purchase. I heard so many great things about First Hyundai in MA that I just had to go there and see for myself. The sales person, Mateo Riz was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. He was so professional and totally explained each and every aspect of the vehicle to the fullest. He even dropped off some paperwork to my house on 2 different occasions ... Comeon...no one does that anymore !! Then I dealt with Dell Roderick, Sales Manager, which was also a pleasure to deal with in finalizing the purchase of the vehicle. He had a great attitude and was very friendly and courteous while I was there. The last person Blake Gardner, Finance Manager, was also excellent !... I never met a person more through then him in explaining each of the documents and explaining the finance program along with other options that were available. These people really know about the Hyundai products and services ... I love the service and the dealership ! I will be back there for my service and will continue to rave about Hyundai vehicles ... You have me for life as a customer !! All of my expectations have been met by these fantastic individuals at First Hyundai in MA ! For those of you shopping for a car, I highly reccommend that you visit this dealership and ask for Bob. He greeted me right away when I arrived to the dealership and listened to my situation. He immediately was able to offer me a solution (I had been to 3 other places and they all told me it wasn't possible) and sold me a 2011 Elantra (which I absolutely love....AWESOME gas mileage!!!!!). He's extremely honest and professional, and truely cares about his clients. I've dealt with 4 other dealers in the past (different dealerships) and have not even come close to anyone as kind as Bob. Not only did he match me to a car that suited my needs, but he offered helpful information without my having to ask. I drove the car home the day I signed the papers, and Bob made sure the registration was finalized within 2 days. When I went in for my first oil change, Bob greated me by name and asked how the car was doing. Overall, everyone at the dealership is helpful and friendly, from the manager Greg Howle, right to the service desk. They are personable, smile as they walk by you, and in general make you feel welcome!!! More

When I walked into First Hyundai, the door was held for me and I was greeted by a couple of employees who were not even in sales. I was introduce to Greg Howle, Sales Manager who immediately checked to see when they would have one of these vehicles in stock. Greg agreed to call me when this car would arrive in about one week and he did just that, follow up as soon as one arrived. We set up a time to meet later that day and during my second visit to the dealership to see the car, the same level of courtesy and professionalism continued. Furthermore, it was amazing to be able to actually meet the owner, who was walking around the showroom. From the owner to each member of the First Hyundai Team, all made me feel welcomed and important. I was introduced to Derek of the sales team. He was knowlegable, professional and definitely did not use the stereotypical "high pressure" approach to sales, which was very welcomed. First Hyundai's team of Greg and Derek worked with me on the price as well as on financing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to obtain more competitive rates than could with my local credit unions, as a well qualified borrower with credit perfect credit scores. The entire process from viewing the vehicle, test driving, to negotiating price, to closing the transaction took less than 3 hours with a one hour visit the night before and a two hour visit this morning to close the deal and have the car readied for delivery to me. Blake assisted me with the finalization of the financing and rounded out a well balanced team. Amazing experience and I amd looking forward to my first Hyundai. The vehicle was delivered to me absolutlely flawless. Thank you First Hyundai for the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life and I have purchased well over 12 vehicles in my lifetime. Having researched the 2011 Elantra extensively and deciding it was my next car and having the fortune to travel alot for work I visited 8 other Hyundai dealers in Ma CT and Ri. From the moment I drove into this dealership, I was greeted cheerfully by Dave and it was obvious that this was the First location that had the inventory that was needed to fulfill my needs. Dave was very patient as we circled the lot looking for what I wanted and he mentioned an Elantra in the showroom which turned out to satisfy my needs. I had a trade, which was evaluated and I hashed out a fair deal with Dave and Greg the sales manager. Greg stated after all of my demands that he was a "Man of his word" and that he would honor my picky points when I got in the finance office as well as my insistence on having fog lamps installed. All this was accomplished in just a little over two hours and I drove my new car home from the showroom floor on the same day I entered the dealership. They even had the recon department come out and spit polish the vehicle, and Dave Gassed it up while I was in the finance office. I was impressed...But it was really what I needed being so far away from the dealership. The travel was well worth it. Billy from parts arranged the ordering, installation of the fog lamps as well as the loaner car and couple weeks later they honored the Fog Lamps promise. Billy even came out to my car to show me how the fog lamps worked. First Hyunda was the first dealership that had the inventory to make a choice.
