Fisher Acura

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Fisher Acura and planned to pay using a check from my bank. I informed the salesperson that I would be bringing a bank check, but I was told by a salesman n Acura and planned to pay using a check from my bank. I informed the salesperson that I would be bringing a bank check, but I was told by a salesman named Michael, "Unfortunately, we don't work that way," and that I would need to finance the vehicle through the dealership instead. As a buyer, I believe I should be able to choose how I finance my purchase, especially when I already have financing secured through my own bank. Requiring customers to finance through the dealership in order to purchase a vehicle felt misleading and unnecessarily restrictive. I was ready to buy the vehicle, but I wasn't willing to change my financing just to complete the sale. I hope Fisher Acura reconsiders this approach and allows customers the freedom to use their own financing without making it a condition of the purchase. More

Viewed, drove, and purchased an RDX in the afternoon. Took hours for them to clean the vehicle for delivery, so we received it after sunset. So we couldn't see that the employee who cleaned the vehicle used a rag with wax to wipe down the interior, leaving white spots that are nearly impossible to remove. The car now looks like the interior faded from the sun. We live a distance from the dealership, so we're stuck with it. Clearly, no one managed the cleaner or checked his work in their hurry to leave for the day. More
