He and my husband were able to negotiate terms through TEXT which is so unheard of, but DJ was a man of his word and made it known that he wanted to help us. He really made the car buying experience so easy and effortless, and went above and beyond to address any of our questions or concerns we had along the process. We set up an appointment to look at a specific car on Saturday. DJs communication and responsiveness was excellent. That Saturday came around, and when we got to the dealership, we discovered that another salesperson (Franklin?) had snaked our appointment and called in some clients to test drive and buy that specific RDX out from under us. Despite the obvious annoyance, DJ was quick on his feet and found us another RDX within our budget. His flexibility and ability to think on his feet saved the day. DJ went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could in the wake of what we went through, and while the rest of the people we dealt with weren't incredibly accommodating (the used car sales manager wasn't really nice or helpful, to be frank), we felt that DJ truly had our best interests at heart. 5 stars for DJ, realistically 3 or 4 for that other salesperson for snaking us and for the sales manager for how he treated us as well. This allowed me to make decisions from the comfort of my home without feeling rushed or pressured. During the trade-in evaluation of my old car, a concerning airbag recall was discovered. Without hesitation, DJ offered me a loaner car for the weekend to ensure my safety, even if I didn't end up purchasing a car from him. The folks at the service center were incredibly kind and made it super easy to get the loaner car in minutes! This level of care and trustworthiness made me feel valued and well taken care of.
