After speaking with Bruce and reviewing the situation, I understand that our team worked with you beginning Saturday and continued working with you through delivery on Monday. We did make additional concessions as part of the purchase to help address the concern regarding the tires, which were measured at 5/32" and were discussed with you and your partner during the purchase process. We also recognize that when you first saw and drove the Pilot on Saturday, it had not yet been detailed to the standard we expect for a vehicle being delivered to one of our clients. Before you took delivery on Monday, we had our detail team spend approximately two additional hours cleaning and preparing the vehicle. I am sorry to hear that the final result still did not meet your expectations. Fisher Honda has been family-owned and operated since 1968, and we strive to provide every client with a straightforward and professional buying experience.
