It was a little disappointing. I told the sales person that I would be arriving on Monday to get the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle wasn't ready as the battery was dead and woul I told the sales person that I would be arriving on Monday to get the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle wasn't ready as the battery was dead and would take over an hour to get it replaced. The vehicle was running and I needed to get back to Albuquerque as the weather was turning very bad. I did have to replace the battery at a cost of $135.00, the third door handle, the drivers door window mechanism, and the passenger air bag switch, and the disc player part of the radio doesn't work. Non of this was reported to me except the battery. I was reimburse $150 which cover most of the repairs that I had to do. Other than the above mentioned repairs I had a pleasant time with great service with the exception as I still do not have the title. I do like my truck though. More

I worked with two sales people as I test drove late in the day and purchased a few days later. Both Franklin and Ty were easy to work with and I never felt under any pressure to purchase. This week, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 CRV from DJ at Fisher Honda. DJ was kind, not pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best car for my needs. He patiently listened to my preferences and provided thorough answers to all my questions. What impressed me the most was DJ's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my schedule. After test driving a few cars on a Friday, I continued to communicate with him via text the following Monday to negotiate and finalize the terms. This allowed me to make decisions from the comfort of my home without feeling rushed or pressured. During the trade-in evaluation of my old car, a concerning airbag recall was discovered. Without hesitation, DJ offered me a loaner car for the weekend to ensure my safety, even if I didn't end up purchasing a car from him. The folks at the service center were incredibly kind and made it super easy to get the loaner car in minutes! This level of care and trustworthiness made me feel valued and well taken care of. I am excited to have an upgraded CRV (upgraded from my previous '01 CRV)! I can't wait to take her on adventures to the mountains for skiing and exploring.
