He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the positive features of both. After I test drove both cars, he took more time to go over the pros and cons of both automobiles. Well, I bought the CRV and he arranged what I thought was a very fair trade for my 2006 Nissan; accommodated the process of financing and stayed with me throughout the entire process.
