Fishers Imports looks great on the surface. They have a nice dealership and quality inventory. If issues arise that they have control over, they will not treat you like a valued customer after They have a nice dealership and quality inventory. If issues arise that they have control over, they will not treat you like a valued customer after the Sale. Once they have your money, they have no concern for you or the vehicle they sold you. My vehicle had issues from being an out of country import and they have been no help. The CarRX hardware that they force you to purchase was poorly installed in my vehicle causing multiple issues in which they completely ignored when I contacted them and provided proof by pictures. I was told to take it to an Audi Dealership and they would be in contact with me to follow up. They have not followed up on loose panels, exposed wires, an air bag light, and inability to use the MyAudi app because it's a Canadian car. When at the dealership, the salesman told me that the Audi app was fine, I just needed to take it to an Audi dealership and they would link it for free. The truth is that a Canadian VIN isn't compatible in the US market. My salesman told me he would research and get back to me on a solution. Its been 3 weeks and no contact. I personally had to remove 2 interior panels and repair their poor install of their mandatory hardware. I also had to pay to have the airbag light reset because of their poor install. Once they have your money, they no longer care about you or the product they sold you. More
