I’ve bought 2 cars from Fishers Imports, a BMW in 2016 and a Jaguar in 2019. While I have no complaints about the customer service and buying process experience with the sales department. The service department deals in deceptive and unprofessional business practices. I took my Jaguar in for routine service, the breaks were replaced. A while after my car starting making noise. I returned to Fishers Imports and was informed that the wheel bearings on my 2018 Jaguar with 11,000 miles were bad and I had to take the car to the Jaguar dealership as it was still under warranty which I did. I was then told by Jaguar that I needed to return to Fishers Imports because when they replaced my brakes they also replaced my lug nuts with ones not appropriate for my vehicle which caused the wheel bearing issue after a bit of arguing (unprofessional) they agreed it was their fault. I was without my car for a little over a month, that’s how long it took them to fix it. I recently took my BMW in for the footwell module which I had diagnosed previous to taking it in because of their in ability to practice honestly. They were to check to see if it would be fixed by them or taken to BMW because it was still under a warranty. After having my car for a 48 hour period I was informed that my car was 30,000 miles over the BMW warranty and it would cost me $1111.44 for them to fix it. I declined asked for my keys and told that I could not have them until I paid $130.00 because they did their own diagnostics. I paid got my keys and immediately called BMW to schedule a service appointment at which point they informed me my car was still under warranty. These deceptive practices will not go unaddressed. I’m sure this was not their first time lying to someone about not having a warranty so they would pay Fishers Imports to perform the work. More
