Excellent service on my 2015 Mercedes C400 I needed a new battery and made the mistake of going to AutoZone to get it replaced. My car would not start, so I read how to "perform sync procedure I needed a new battery and made the mistake of going to AutoZone to get it replaced. My car would not start, so I read how to "perform sync procedure after battery replacement" and got it started. My plan was to head straight to Fishers Imports to have it looked at, however I didn't make it there. It died on me on the highway. I immediately called Fishers Imports. Amina had a tow truck sent straight to my car to have it towed to their shop. Simon got it in as quickly as possible and communicated with me the list of issues that came from the incorrect installation. Seven fuses were blown (including the fuse to the central communications of the car), the fuel pump relay was blown and sensors had to be replaced. Talk about a nightmare! However, Simon kept me updated on a regular basis, answered my questions with empathy and genuinely cared about getting my car back to me as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Fishers Imports and their Service Center. Simon does an amazing job working with clients! All of the staff at the dealership are amazing! More
